Do not send passwords, access codes, identity documents, financial credentials or material that requires confidential source handling. Share only the information needed to explain your request.
Response expectations
The mailbox is managed by one person. NWT does not promise a fixed response time, and not every message receives an individual reply.
Opening an email link prepares a message in your email application. The website does not send it for you. Your email provider and NWT’s email service provider process your address, message and associated email information to deliver and manage the correspondence.
